Chinese smartphone manufacturer – Huawei has announced that it has successfully shipped over 10 million of it’s P8lite in just 9 months. The P8lite was launched on May 2015 and since then it has been a user favorite.
According to the recent reports it is also to be believed that the smartphone is in the verge of receiving the latest and greatest Android 6.0 Marshmallow too. Huawei has recently been tasting the success in smartphone market and the P8lite has major role to play in it.
As per the report, Huawei has also been able to sell more than 16 million of it’s P8 series, which includes – P8, P8lite and P8max. According to the monthly sales report of Huawei, the company was able to ship 12 million of it’s smartphones to it’s global market last month, which as per the report is an increase of 93% on their sales.
What’s more interesting is that Huawei has been shipping more than 10 million smartphone unit’s every month since October 2015, it’s just a bucket of water taken from ocean when compared to above stats as Huawei sold over 100 million smartphones last year. Huawei’s smartphone is one of the most sought smartphone brand in Nepal after Samsung and is in the verge of overtaking Samsung in terms of sales. Due to it’s pocket friendly price tag and decent specs Huawei’s smartphone is being popular among users in Nepal (especially teenagers).
