Samsung’s Note lineup has always been one of the most hyped smartphone lineup, and this time it is no exception. The rumors about Samsung’s upcoming Note lineup is increasing day by day. Some early rumors has already suggested that Samsung will jump to the Note 7, instead of opting in for Note 6 branding.
Previous rumors leaked that the upcoming Note 7 (or whatever the company decides to call it) from Samsung will be featuring a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED display with 1440p resolution, as well as will be powered by Snapdragon 823 combined with 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage with microSD card slot, and a 12MP primary shooter. The Note 7 is touted to have an IP68 certification, basically making it water and dust resistant, like its Galaxy S7.
Adding more fuel to the fire, today a leaked screenshot of a beta firmware which is available on Samsung Galaxy Beta Program revealed a new option in the settings which is none other than an iris scanner. As stated on the report, Samsung is rumored to supply its new smartphones with an iris scanner, and the next smartphone is none other than its upcoming Note 7 (or Note 6).
Pumping the rumors, another report shows us that the Zauba has listed 200 units of iris scanner imported to India from South Korea by the Korean giant Samsung. If the report comes to be true than the iris scanner sure will be the new mode of device security, as the iris scanner is considered to have the tiniest error margin among all available security options as well as the fastest.
