The official distributor of Xiaomi phones in Nepal Vatsal Impex has officially launched the Mi Max for the price of Rs. 34,999. The phone can be ordered from their official website. With a humongous screen of 6.44-inch the phone is probably one of the biggest phablets in the market.
Mi Max’s humongous screen won’t go into vain as the phablet from Xiaomi features impressive specs alongside impressive price tag. The Mi Max features 6.44-inch full HD display resulting a pixel density of 342ppi protected with a sheet of Gorilla Glass 4. The Mi Max has two variants, the first one is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, whereas the second one is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. But the one that is currently available in Nepal is the 32GB version.
In case you are wondering about the camera, the Mi Max sports a 16MP primary sensor with an aperture rate of f/2.0, 4K video shooting capability at 30fps and PDAF. Upfront there is a 5MP sensor for selfies. The whole phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow on top of Xiaomi’s MIUI 7 and is powered by an impressive 4850mAh battery. Other noticeable feature includes a fingerprint scanner at the back of the phone.
