Huawei Mobile Nepal has officially launched the Huawei Y6 II for the price of Rs. 19,999 in Nepal alongside its another mid-range smartphone – GR5 Mini. The Huawei Y6 II can be purchased from authorized sellers located across Nepal in three color variants including gold, silver, and gray.
The Huawei Y6 II sports a 5.5-inch IPS 720p display resulting a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixel with a pixel density of 267ppi. Inside, the smartphone packs Huawei’s in-house octa-core Kirin 620 chipset with a clock speed of 1.2GHz which can handle the day-to-day usage and multitasking with ease. The phone is backed with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded through a microSD card up to 128GB.
Talking about the camera, the Huawei Y6 II features 13MP primary camera with an aperture rate of f/2.0, autofocus, and LED flash. Up front, there is an 8MP sensor for selfies and video chats. In case you are wondering, the connectivity option of Y6 II includes dual 4G SIM, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and a GPS. The whole phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow on top of Huawei’s EMUI 4.1 and packs a 3000mAh battery.
The Y6 II is an another smartphone from Huawei with a typical mid-range price tag. But considering its specs the phone proves to be a disappointment for us, most notably due to its low-res display. Alongside poor resolution, the phone is also missing important sensor like a fingerprint scanner, which is present in Huawei GR5 Mini.
