The new official distributor of Meizu smartphones in Nepal Ubiquity Pvt. Ltd has officially launched its two smartphones entitled as M3 Note and M3s in Nepal. The two new mid-rangers – one M3 Note whereas the other M3s will carry a price tag of Rs. 24,995 and Rs. 21,495 respectively.
M3 Note
The M3 Note is a phablet featuring a 5.5-inch full-HD display with a 2.5D curved glass complementing its looks. Inside, the smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s Helio-P10 octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz and Mali-T680 GPU. Coupled up with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, the M3 Note is an excellent choice for those users seeking to upgrade the phone for heavy multi-tasking and gaming.
As far as the camera is concerned, the M3 Note sports a 13MP primary camera with an aperture rate of f/2.2 and phase detection auto-focus. Up front, there’s a 5MP camera for selfies and video chats. The whole phone runs on Android 5.1 on top of Meizu’s Flyme UI and is powered by an impressive 4,100mAh battery inside. In case you’re wondering there’s a fingerprint scanner in the phone which acts as a home button too.
M3s
Talking about the second one, the M3s carries similar power but with smaller 5-inch HD display(720 x 1280) and a low powered chipset, while the 2.5D curved glass from M3 Note remains intact in the M3s. Right beneath the screen there’s a MediaTek MT6750 octa-core chipset bearing a clock speed of 1.5GHz and Mali-T860MP2 GPU. The phone is backed up with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage expandable via a microSD card.
The M3s doesn’t feature exceptional camera technology just boasting a similar 13MP camera with dual-LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, and phase detection auto-focus. The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop on top of Flyme UI and packs a smaller 3,020mAh battery.
Connectivity wise, both phone bears similar features like dual hybrid SIM slot with 4G support, dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
