Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy On7 2016 edition. Listed on their China website the 2016 edition Galaxy On7 features 5.5-inch Full-HD TFT display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
Inside, there’s Snapdragon 625 octa-core chipset clocked at 2.0GHz and Adreno 506 GPU. The phone is backed with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage expandable via a microSD card up to 256GB. Measuring 8mm in thickness, the new On7 2016 is fully made up of metal, making the smartphone look and feel quite premium.
Aside from the aforementioned specs, the On7 2016 boasts a 13MP primary shooter at the back with f/1.9 lens and LED flash. For selfies, there’s an impressive 8MP camera, up front with a similar f/1.9 lens.
The new On7 is integrated with a fingerprint scanner down front, which works as a home button as well. The phone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and packs a 3300mAh battery inside. Connectivity wise the phone supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi b/g/n, and GPS. The Galaxy On7 2016 is priced at CNY 1,599 (NRS. 25697.31 approximately), however, there’s no word about the availability of the device in Nepal.
