CG mobiles have officially announced two new Blaze series smartphones in Nepal including the EON Blaze 6.0 and EON Blaze Pro. The EON Blaze 6.0 is priced a little bit higher among two and features a monstrous 6.0-inch HD IPS display complemented by a 2.5D curved glass. However, both of these phones features a premium metal build which significantly overtops its pricing.
Inside, the EON Blaze 6.0 is powered by MediaTek’s MT6580 1.3GHz quad-core chipset and comes with a combination of 1GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded via a microSD card(up to 32GB). Camera wise the phone boasts a 13MP primary sensor at the back with AutoFocus and LED flash accompanied by a 5MP front camera for selfies and video chats.
Connectivity option includes a support for dual-SIM(micro+nano) with 3G capability, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, FM-Radio and a microUSB 2.0 port for data exchanging. The whole phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and comes with handy software features like gesture unlocks. The Blaze 6.0 drags the power from a 2,800mAh battery and is priced at Rs. 11,111 in Nepal.
Similarly, the EON Blaze Pro comes with few changes including a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with a 2.5D curved glass on top. The phone also features a 13MP primary camera and a decent 5MP front camera. The phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow too and packs a smaller 8GB onboard storage and a 2,400mAh battery inside. The CG EON Blaze Pro carries a price tag of Rs. 9,699. Both phones can be purchased from any authorized distributor located across Nepal or from online.
