Huawei has officially introduced the Huawei Enjoy 6 in China. The mid-range phone from the company comes with a 5-inch 720p AMOLED display fully covered with a metal body. The phone is touted to go head to head against Xiaomi’s Redmi 3.
Inside, the Enjoy 6 is powered by MediaTek MT6750 octa-core chipset accompanied by 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with an option for expansion via a microSD card. Other notable feature includes a fingerprint scanner on the back. What’s interesting is that as stated by Huawei the Enjoy 6 is IP52 certified which shall prevent the phone from dust and water for a minor period of time.
Right above the fingerprint scanner the phone sports a 13MP primary camera with f/2.0 lens and LED flash. For selfies, there’s a 5MP camera at the front. The whole phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow on top of Emotion UI 4.1 and packs an impressive 4,100mAh battery which should last a day long considering the low-res AMOLED display.
Connectivity wise the phone comes with a dual-SIM tray which supports 4G VoLTE and a microUSB v2.0 port for data exchanging. Pricing wise the new Enjoy 6 carries a price tag of $190. The word about the availability of the phone outside China is yet to be made.
