After the successful launch of the Galaxy J7 Prime Samsung Mobile Nepal has officially launched the new J5 Prime for the price of Rs. 22,990 in Nepal. The phone comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels resulting in a pixel density of 294ppi. The phone also comes with a 2.5D curved glass and Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top.
Inside, the phone is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core processor(unspecified chipset) with Cortex-A53 CPU. The phone is backed up with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded via a microSD card. The phone also comes with a fingerprint scanner embedded into the home button.
As far as the camera is concerned the Galaxy J5 Prime comes with a 13MP primary camera at the back with f/1.9 aperture, autofocus and LED flash. There’s a 5MP front camera with a f/2.2 aperture for those selfies and video chats.
The phone hosts some decent connectivity option including a support for dual 4G SIM, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi b/g/n, A-GPS, and microUSB v2.0 with OTG support for data exchanging. The whole phone drags the power from a 2,400mAh battery and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with some handy software from Samsung including an ultra data and power saver.
