Meizu has officially unveiled its M5s. As speculated the mid-range phone from the company features a 5.2-inch IPS HD(1280 x 720 pixels) display jacketed around a metal body.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by MediaTek’s MT6753 chipset bearing a clock speed of 1.3GHz, there’s also 3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of onboard storage, which is expandable via a microSD card.
The Meizu M5s is equipped with a 13MP sensor at the back with the f/2.2 5-element lens, PDAF, and dual-LED flash. Up front, the phone includes a 5MP sensor for selfies and video chats. The 4G VoLTE supporting phone comes with an mTouch fingerprint scanner at the front and offers dual-SIM support.
As for the software, the phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box and drags the power from a 3000mAh battery, which is capable of being charged from 0{36e0204d4787f73122fcb1e17fa2cf53ad675a621d12c60fa6f762fd2fe714bb} to 19{36e0204d4787f73122fcb1e17fa2cf53ad675a621d12c60fa6f762fd2fe714bb} in 10 minutes. The Meizu M5s can be purchased in four different colors, including black, gold, silver, and rose gold, while the 16GB variant of the phone will retail for about $115 and the 32GB variant will cost you about $145.
