Gionee A1 is now officially available for pre-orders in Nepal for Rs. 32,999. The selfie-centric phone launched back at MWC 2017 offers an amazing battery life and an impressive 16MP front camera. Interested users can pre-book the smartphone starting from today(19th of March) till 3rd of April from e-commerce site SastoDeal as well as from the company’s exclusive showroom. However, there’s a catch that users need to pay Rs. 5000 while pre-booking, but are also assured to get a JBL Bluetooth speaker, worth Rs. 4000.
As far as specs are concerned, the Gionee A1 sports a 5.5-inch full-HD display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Underneath, the phone is powered by MediaTek’s Helio P10 octa-core chipset bearing a clock speed of 2.0GHz., while there’s 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. There’s also a fingerprint scanner at the front for security purposes, whereas a 4010mAh battery sits right inside powering the phone. The phone supports 18W fast charging technology, meaning the phone can be fully charged in less than 2 hours without dissipating any heat.
Shifting focus to the crowned jewel and the main highlight of the phone, which is none other than its camera setup. The 13MP Sony 258 rear sensor with a remarkable color restoration and a special algorithm allows the phone to capture more natural and vivid images. The rear camera carries f/2.0 aperture with and LED flash. Up front, for selfies, the phone sports an impressive 16MP camera equipped with a flash and a 4-unit sensor technology, allowing the phone to capture more light for a clear image even in low lighting condition.
The 4G LTE supporting phone comes with plethoras of sensors, including an infrared sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscopic sensor, gravity sensor, compass, and a hall sensor.
