Gionee has officially slashed the price of the A1 in Nepal. Originally priced at Rs. 32,999 the smartphone can now be purchased for Rs. 29,999 through the retailers located across the nation. The company is also going to launch its bigger brother A1 Plus as well as the Lite version of the smartphone.
As far as specs are concerned, the Gionee A1 sports a 5.5-inch Full-HD display. The phone is powered by MediaTek’s Helio P10 chipset accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage which can be expanded via microSD card slot. The phone also features a fingerprint scanner at the front which acts as a home button as well.
Talking about the camera, its where the Gionee A1 shines the most. The phone is equipped with a 16MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture and selfie flash, whereas there’s also a 13MP camera at the back with similar aperture rate. The company has also implemented MaxxAudio sound enhancement technology for the immersive audio experience.
