Let’s talk about the specs here; the device sports a 5.5-inch Full-HD IPS LCD display protected with an unspecified version of Gorilla Glass. Powering the phone will be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 octa-core chipset bearing a clock speed of 2.0GHz. The RAM is 4GB, while the internal storage is 64GB which can be expanded via microSD card slot.

Optics wise, the phone boasts a dual-camera setup. The first set of the 12MP camera consists a normal lens(f/2.2), whilst the remaining one bears a telephoto lens(f/2.6) with 2x optical zoom. There’s also PDAF support and dual-LED flash. For selfies, there’s 5MP camera at the front.
And finally the main highlight of the phone; the software. The Mi A1 comes with a fully stock Android 7.1.2 Nougat with a planned upgrade to Android 8.0 Oreo sooner than your other Mi devices. The good news here is that you are set to get the latest and greatest from Google for next two years.
