Jaima Intercontinental Pvt. Ltd, the authorized distributor of OTTO smartphones in Nepal has gone on to unveil its new OTTO Frank Dual in Nepal. As the name suggests, the main highlight of this handset tends to be its dual-camera, mostly at an affordable price of Rs. 9,996 in Nepal.
The solidly built CNC drilled metal uni-body of the phone looks and feels premium to the one extent, and we won’t hesitate to claim it as one of the best-built smartphones under this price range. The phone’s durability can also be seen in the form of 5-inch HD display with a laminated tough screen.
The phone is powered by MediaTek MT6580 quad-core chipset accompanied by a mere 1GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage, which is expandable through microSD card. Despite the solid design quirks, we feel like OTTO Frank Dual slightly misses out on a powerful internal component. Though, we appreciate the fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button with an impressive read speed of 0.2 seconds.
Let’s talk about the camera here, shall we? The phone’s rear comprises 8MP and 2MP Sony IMX sensor, while the front comes with an average 2MP camera for selfies.
The OTTO Frank Dual boots on Android 7.0 Nougat and drags the power from a 2,200mAh battery inside. The company had previously launched the OTTO Mark II in Nepal.
