CFMoto Nepal has already had 4 bikes — including the 150NK, 400NK, 650NK, and CFMoto ST Papio — in their fleet. And to fill in the void between 150NK and 400NK, ANNA International Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of CFMoto’s motorcycles has recently showcased their all-new CFMoto 250NK in Nepal.
The bike looks calm and composed even though it is aggressively designed with muscular tank and a new headlight that distinguishes it from others. Alongside the design, the CFMoto 250NK is also priced aggressively at Rs. 4,60,000 in Nepal.
As it is designed by KISKA (which also designs the KTM Dukes), the bike looks amazing, especially at this price range. With Duke-esque vibe, in the front, the bike gets unique headlight with H shaped LED lights while also being different from its siblings. It uses USD forks at the front and mono shock at the rear from KYB. And as seen in KTM Duke 390, it also gets the TFT instrument cluster and BOSCH dual channel ABS system which is first in its segment. Other than that, the tires are tubeless of 110mm at the front and 140mm at the back.
Powering the 250NK is a 250cc single-cylinder liquid cooled engine, which pumps out 27BHP @ 9000RPM and 22NM torque @ 7500RPM. It also gets the hydraulic clutch and six gears. The bike can also hold 13-litre of fuel (mileage N/A) and an underbelly exhaust. Last but not the least, the bike offers two riding modes for one to choose i.e. Sports mode and Rain mode according to the riding condition.
The ergonomics seem to be upright making it a sporty and comfortable bike, while at the same time it has a lot to offer than its competitors, in terms of power and features.
What makes the CFMoto 250NK ahead of its race is its handy features like Hydraulic Clutch, Dual Channel ABS and TFT screen; which is first in its class. And with aggressive pricing on its side, the bike definitely has an edge over its competitors; the KTM Duke 250 and Benelli TNT 25.
