The all-new 25th-anniversary edition Honda CBR 1000RR Fireblade is all set to hit the roads of Nepal. It will be the new addition to what Honda Nepal has categorized as the “Honda Big Bikes”. Silently showcased by Syakar Trading, the official distributor of Honda Bikes, the new Honda CBR 1000RR Fireblade’s price is set to be approximately Rs. 31,00,000 in Nepal.
The CBR 1000RR Fireblade is no surprise — it’s a special machine that offers more power, better handling and a refinement at the next level. It is the most powerful, lighter and faster CBR yet from the Honda factory on the road as well as the track. The CBR 1000RR is a fully loaded superbike powered by a 999cc liquid cooled, 4 strokes, and 16 valves engines that pump out 177.02 bhp at 13000 rpm and torque of 114 Nm at 11000 rpm, mated with a six-speed gearbox.
In the front, it gets a Telescopic inverted fork and Unit Pro-Link with gas charged suspension. There is a multifunction Full-colour TFT LCD display that shows lap timer, shift indicator and gear position indicator. It is also equipped with Selectable Torque Control (with built-in Wheelie and Rear Lift Control), Selectable Engine Brake, and throttle by wire, Honda Electronic Steering Damper, new ABS brakes, and an optional Quick shifter with Downshift Assist, Riding Mode Select System, and Power Selector.
The bike looks sleek and sharp but it is not just for the looks of the beauty; it’s more aerodynamic as well. The new body design manages to supply enough airflow to the engine, and around the body. The bike also has an integrated spoiler in the headlight that is designed to support handling at higher speed.
