Oppo Mobiles launched its Oppo A83 smartphone back in January 2018 in Nepal for the price tag of Rs. 24,900. The company then decided to upgrade the same device with some improvements in its specifications and price as well. The new upgraded Oppo A83 2018 costs Rs. 27,490.
The previous model comprised a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. But the phone didn’t receive much attention among other mid-range smartphones by Nepalese smartphone buyers. Thus, the company came up with an upgrade in the same device and with the same name as well.
Some of the upgrades include increase in RAM from 3GB to 4GB, increase in the internal memory storage from 32GB to 64GB, and change in the phone’s cost as well.
The new Oppo A83 2018 has a 5.7-inch HD+ display. It uses MediaTek Helio P23 processor and Mali G71 MP2 Graphics Processing Unit. Similarly, the device features Android Nougat version with ColorOS 3.2 on top.
On camera side, Oppo A83 has a 13 MP camera with LED flash and Ultra HD support on the rear side and a 8 MP camera at the front.
The phone carries a 3,180 mAh battery. It comes with two color options in Nepal viz. Gold and Blue.
