Samsung Nepal opened their premium authorized service center for Samsung Mobiles at Hetauda, Makawanpur on May 17, 2018. The authorized Samsung Mobiles service center in Hetauda is located at Narayani Mall, 3rd Floor. Vice-President of Samsung, Mr. Won inaugurated the new service center in a special opening ceremony which was organized by Samsung.
Samsung Nepal always looks forward to reaching its maximum customers thereby giving them the best customer and after sales service. Samsung Mobile service center at Hetauda is the company’s 13th authorized outlet and the remaining 12 are at Jawalakhel, Pokhara, Narayanghat, Itahari, Birgunj, Nepalgunj, Biratnagar, Butwal, Birtamod, and Kathmandu (Sundhara, Pako, and Kamaladi).
