The all-new Italian bikes have been officially launched in Nepal at NADA Auto Show 2018. SWM, an Italy based motorcycle brand is going to hit the floor at NADA Auto Show 2018 — starting from September 11 — by Gyan Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd. According to the company, they are planning to launch three new bikes, including SWM Superdual T, Silver Vase, and RS 300 R. If the reports are to be true about the pricing, these three bikes could be a menace to other brands in Nepal, thanks to its Italian technology.
SWM is an Italian bike company founded in 1971 but production ceased in 1984. SWM officially announced the revival of the brand at EICMA 2014 by Apelio Macchi and Daxing Gong. Macchi worked previously as the Technical Manager for Cagiva, Aprilia and finally Husqvarna. Gong is a successful Chinese businessman and the head of Shineray group who is a large scale manufacturer of two and four-wheel vehicles as well as industrial products in China.
Now, talking about the bikes, no wonder they look very stunning as they are the Italian beauty. There’s no compromise made on the fit and the finishing along with the price as well. The company is bringing three different segments of the bike. The Superdual-T is a tourer bike, the Silver Vase is a classic looking scrambler bike with retro finishing and the RS 300 R is a mid-size adventure bike. All three bikes will be a new addition to the premium segment bikes in Nepal.
