Samsung Galaxy S10 variants are rumored to get in-house LPDDR5 RAM. Samsung revealed its LPDDR5 memory chips in the summer of 2018. However, we’ll have to wait until the devices get launched to see if they will really include it or not.
Similarly, LPDDR5 RAM is believed to be 30% more power-efficient in comparison to the LPDDR4X chips. Also, it’s believed to achieve 1.5x faster data transfer speed of nearly 6,400 Mbps.
However, only the 5G-enabled Samsung Galaxy S10 phones might benefit from these high-bandwidth chips as the company believes that these chips will power up AI-powered applications and 5G phones.
But, let’s hope that Samsung includes these chips in its main three versions of Galaxy S10.
