The Nova 4 happens to be the world’s first smartphone with a pinhole which is just 4.5mm in diameter; which means no obtrusive notch, whatsoever. The pinhole adaptation provides the device with 86% screen to body ratio. Besides that, what else does the Huawei Nova 4 have to offer then?
To the front, we have a 6.4-inch IPS LCD display with 2310 x 1080 resolution. For the Nova 4, Huawei sticks to the much-loved glass sandwich design. Which means two glass panels held together by an aluminum frame that gives it a slimmer and classy look with premium in-hand feel. This Full Vision display is what houses the front-facing 25MP AI-powered camera with support for 200+ scenes recognition.
To the 3D curved glass of the Nova 4 back, we have a triple camera setup with a primary 20MP lens with f/1.8 aperture followed by a 16MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 117-degree field of view and a dedicated 2MP depth sensor. The cameras on the phone are AI-powered which can detect 500+ scenes from 22 different categories.
The Huawei Nova 4 is powered by Kirin 970 SoC and packs in 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There’s a 3,750mAh battery on board with support for 18W fast charging via USB Type-C. Plus the headphone jack is still present. The phone rocks the latest EMUI 9.0 which is built on top of Android 9.0 Pie.

The aforementioned specs were already known by most of the die-hard fans but the price was a subject of an enigma. But not anymore.
