Laxmi Intercontinental Pvt. Ltd, the authorized distributors of Hyundai vehicles in Nepal has launched the all-new Hyundai Tucson 2019 in the Nepali Market. Prices start from Rs 74.96 Lakh in Nepal. The new Tucson will be available in six variants and comes with lots of changes inside out which makes the SUV the Next-level Modern.
The new 2019 variant of Tucson design gets inspiration from its Santa Fe model. It comes with new projector headlamps, DRLs, and a cascading front grille. The front grille now houses four chrome slats instead of three on its previous model. The fog lamp housing and bumper also get revival which makes the bolder look. On the rear, it gets a flawless tail light design which goes very well with the overall design. It gets the 18″ diamond cut alloy wheels.
Alongside the exterior, Hyundai brings a major upgrade to the interior that makes it more premium than ever. The center console now gets a new 7-inch floating touch screen infotainment system which comes with both Apple Car Play and Android Auto. The cabin also features a revised instrument cluster, heated steering wheel, ventilated seats, dual zone climate control, rear a/c vents, eight-way power seat, panoramic sunroof and lots of another revised positioning of different elements.
It now gets an electronic parking brake rather than traditional brakes. Apart from that, the new Tucson 2019 also comes with cruise control, wireless phone charging system, drive mode options and Smart Tailgate system.
Hyundai Tucson 2019 comes in two different engine variants: Petrol and Diesel. The petrol variant is powered by 2.0 MPi engine which generates a max power of 155 BHP and the max torque of 196 Nm mated with a six-speed gearbox. On the other hand, the diesel variant gets power from 2.0 CRDi engine that generates a max power of 178 BHP and max torque of 410 Nm mated with the eight-speed gearbox.
The new Tucson comes with six airbags, Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS), Forward collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA), Driver Attention Warning (DAW), SCC with Stop & Go (SCC), and Static Bending Light System (SBL) which Hyundai calls its Hyundai Smart Sense.
