PUBG Mobile changed the mobile gaming world in a whole new way. The battle royale game is now rated 2nd on the top free game available on Play Store with over 100 million+ downloads. It has created a sensation which has stared an era for mobile gaming. PUBG is an action-based battle royale game where players (Solo, Duo or Squad) drop from a plane at different locations of the map and survive until one is remaining.
Unfortunately, not everyone is able to play or have the game on their device or some may want to have a different and new battle royale experience. So for those users here are some of the alternative games which you can find on the Play Store and App Store.
Garena Free Fire
Well, the most common alternative game that most of the Nepali mobile user has considered is Free Fire. It is another popular battle royale game in Nepal which has all the battle royale experience similar to PUBG. But the game has a player limitation of only 50 people.
The game uses shooter mechanics like most of its peers and contains Solo and Squad modes to play. It doesn’t take much time to load and has decent and smooth gameplay with fair graphics. The game has also crossed 100m+ downloads on Play Store. It is a fun game and supports low-performance mobile phones as well, thus a mass favorite in Nepal.
Pixel’s Unknown Battle Ground
Pixel’s Unknown Battle Ground is a pixelated version of battle royale like PUBG. The game doesn’t need that much storage like PUBG and is a fun-to-play game where players will land on a location of the map and survive until you are the last man standing. The game supports features like auto-aim, game chat and lower graphics settings for low performing phones. It has crossed 10m+ downloads in Play Store.
Fortnite
Another alternative game for different battle royale experience is definitely Fortnite. The game is available in different platforms like PC, PlayStation, Xbox and as well as mobile. It is another most popular battle royale game available. Like PUBG, Fortnite has up to 100 players on the battleground and they have to drop from a plane, land on a location of the map and find weapons and material (wood, metal, stones, traps) to take out as many players as one prefers and survive until the end.
In addition to this, players can create, build and craft walls, floors, roofs, attach traps on buildings and many more. Players have to use their creativity to block enemy attacks and plans. Also, with every update, Epic Games is optimizing the game for more and more devices. But the game is not available in the Google Play Store and can only be downloaded from the Epic Games website.
Rules of Survival
Rules of Survival is similar to PUBG or let’s just say a clone of PUBG. It has similar or same kind of elements like players being dropped off the plane, players searching for weapons and players surviving to be the last player standing.
However, the game contains additional weapons, vehicles and the player count is 120 rather than 100 players on the battlefield. It gives a different experience than other battle royale games and the more players involved in the battleground the more fun. Developers of the game, NetEase Games, has been optimizing and solving lags with every update.
Creative Destruction
If Rules of Survival is a clone of PUBG then Creative Destruction is a clone of Fortnite. It has similar features of Fortnite; players have to use their creativity to craft and destroy things and with a large map. The game includes a player count of 100 in a match with a third or first-person perspective. So, players can play on their own preferable perspective.
The game also contains different and creative weapons which players can use against their opposition. However, it is not much supported by low-end phones and requires a lot of storage capacity but still is not that bad on gameplay and experience.
