After going official in the international market, OPPO Reno with 10x zoom has made its debut in the Nepali market. The Reno 10x zoom earned a lot of plaudits from media for its unique design and a camera that pushes the envelope.
Firstly let’s talk about the rear cameras and its power. The Reno 10x zoom, as the name suggests, has a periscope lens built-in to offer a 10 times zoom than a normal lens. The 13MP periscope lens has f/3.0 aperture that offers a 5x optical zoom and 10x hybrid zoom. On the other hand, there’s a Sony IMX586 48MP normal camera that has f/1.7 aperture with laser autofocus, PDAF, and OIS. Likewise, the third one is an 8MP 16mm ultrawide sensor that has an f/2.2 lens.
Complementing these capable sensors is OPPO’s own camera software that does its job by offering features like AI portraits and Ultra Night Mode 2.0.
The telephoto lens is cool but the one that amazes most of us is the shark fin pop-up camera. The pop-up mechanism, when enabled, showcase a 16MP ultrawide selfie shooter with an f/2.0 lens. Thanks to this mechanism, the phone manages to achieve a bezel-less front.
Talking about the front, the Reno 10x zoom has a 6.6-inches 1080p display which in its full glory, offers an 86.8% screen-to-body ratio. It is protected by Gorilla Glass 6 and offers DCI-P3 color gamut. Underneath, for security, you get an in-display fingerprint scanner, thus maintaining a smooth look.
