While Samsung is planning to push the Android Pie update to Galaxy J5 (2017) and Galaxy J5 Pro (2017) device, the company is already rolling out the latest Android update to its Galaxy J7 Duo device.
This new build carries the version number J720FDDU4BSG7 and it requires a download of around 1.3GB. The update comes with July security patch along with Samsung’s own One UI 1.1. Similarly, this update includes Night Mode and Digital Wellbeing, however still doesn’t offer all Android Pie and One UI features.
The Android Pie update is hitting the air in India and should reach all the devices in a week or two. And if you don’t want to wait, just go to the Settings > Software update menu on your phone to pull it manually.
