Huawei is likely to launch the Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro this fall. And both the Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro may possibly keep a square-shaped camera set-up on the rear side, similar to the Mate 20 series. Also, a leakster suggests that the vanilla option will carry a 40MP + 40MP + 8MP combination.
Furthermore, the 40 MP sensor will have 1/1.5″ size with an aperture of around f/1.6 but might be of f/1.4 size as well. And the main sensor will be paired with RYYB pixel layout, just like in Huawei P30 Pro. Also, it will come up with support for Cine lens features, seen in the Xperia 1 in Cinema Pro.
I told you a few rumors about Mate 30 pro camera, IMO this is more possible.

Similarly, the other 40MP sensor will be able to take ultra-wide-angle photos. Ultra-wide-angle shots are generally not found good but Huawei claims a surprise in this department too. The field of view will be 120-degrees and the sensor will be of size 1/1.7″. The third 8MP sensor will come with a telephoto lens with 5X zoom capability, similar to P30 Pro.
Again, rumors suggest that the Huawei Mate 30 might house a Kirin 985 chipset with an integrated 5G modem, 55W fast-charging support, and 10W wireless reverse charging.
However, the Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro deal still seems skeptical. Thus, we’ll have to wait to see the real picture.
