The 250cc category of bikes has gained some popularity, to the extent that it won’t be wrong to say that this segment of bikes is preferred for touring as well as daily commute. And Suzuki has officially unveiled the all-new Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 at the NADA Auto Show 2019. What does the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 offer? What makes it special?
Firstly, a newer and more refined supersport design decorates the Gixxer SF 250. Secondly, a new 249cc fuel-injected single-cylinder engine with Suzuki Oil Cooling System (SOCS). It gets oil cooling which is a step ahead of the traditional liquid cooling system and doesn’t require any fins to dissipate heat, hence it adds up to the overall aesthetics of the bike. It boasts telescopic forks to the front and a monoshock suspension to the rear.
The engine pumps out 26bhp at 9000rpm and the torque maxes out at 22.6nm at 7500rpm and has a 6-speed gear shift. However, the max speed you can get out of this bike is 150kmph which is a little bit of a letdown.
