The much-awaited KTM Duke 125 is now available in the Nepalese market for a premium price of Rs. 4,49,900. The new 125cc Duke is majorly based on the 200 Duke as it features a lot of design elements from it.
The baby Duke shares the same design, wheels, and headlight as the 200 Duke. The bike also gets the underbelly exhaust borrowed from its counterpart. However, the 125 Duke gets an all-new graphic design with the bold 125 decals on the fuel tank. It is the first 125cc bike to feature the aluminum swingarm, WP sourced USD forks upfront and a monoshock unit at the rear. The bike rides on 17-inch alloys.
The 125 Duke will be using a 124cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine tuned for 14.5PS at 9250rpm, and 12Nm at 8000rpm., while paired with a 6-speed transmission. This will make the Duke 125, the most powerful 125cc liquid-cooled engine offered on sale in the market.
The KTM Duke 125 features the same orange back-lit instrument console as seen on the 200 Duke. The bike gets 300mm front and a 230mm rear disc along with the single-channel ABS.
