Better late than never the realme 5 has officially arrived in Nepal, albeit the Indian market already getting the taste of the realme 5s. Being a mid-range phone the realme 5 brings quite good specs onboard and a price that you will drool over nevertheless.
The main highlight must be its AI quad-camera setup. Out of four cameras at the back, the main one is a 12MP sensor with f/1.8 lens, 1.25µm pixel size, and PDAF. The second is an 8MP ultrawide sensor with f/2.2 aperture + a 2MP f/2.4 macro lens and finally a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The main camera is capable of recording 4K videos at 30fps, while the ultra-wide camera has a 118-degree field of view.
Apart from that, the front also holds a 13MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 lens that is put inside the notch at the top. Just below the notch is an IPS LCD display that measures 6.5-inch in diagonal with HD+ resolution. It has a 20:9 aspect ratio, whereas Gorilla Glass 3 is layered on top for protection against nicks and scratches.
Underneath, you get to see the Snapdragon 665 chipset alongside 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage respectively. A glaring back is as appealing as the splash-resistant design it gets, protecting against minor water splashes. Also, the back sees a capacitive fingerprint scanner.
