Redmi is all set to launch its new flagship the Redmi K30 Pro, a successor to its K20 Pro. Redmi reveals that the device will hit the market in March while it kept its silence regarding the exact launch date.
The Xiaomi sub-brand made the disclosure via a Weibo post and also uploaded a poster showcasing the device with no punch-hole camera at the top corner. You can see it below.
This means the K30 Pro could feature a pop-up selfie shooter in place of the punch-hole cutout as seen in the K30. However, we can’t put an affirmation based on the first look of the device. Who knows the phone will, in turn, come with a selfie camera in one of the bottom corners, similar to what we saw in the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S. Although, possibilities seem more of a pop-up camera solution.
As per rumors, the new K30 Pro is likely to house the Snapdragon 865 chipset with 5G connectivity enabled. Other features could be a rear quad-camera setup with a 64MP primary shooter and a 4,700mAh cell with 33W wired charging support.
As of now, the new iteration definitely looks like a laudable repercussion to the K20 Pro. Thus, a worthy price increment too could be great for someone waiting for the device.
