Vivo introduces new Vivo Z6 5G, the successor to the Z5 launched last July. The device comes with a 6.57-inch screen with a screen resolution that numbers to 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Similarly, at the top right corner lies a 3.85mm punch hole that houses a 16MP selfie shooter.
As you move back of the device, there is a fingerprint sensor and an L-shaped quad-cameras setup, which consists of a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide (112-degree FOV) sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The Vivo Z6 5G gets its power from a Snapdragon 765G chipset paired with 6 or 8GB of RAM and a 128GB onboard storage alongside. The phone comes with the dual-mode 5G (SA/NSA) support, while it runs on Android 10 with the Funtouch OS 10 skin on top. Similarly, the additional features include Multi-Turbo 3.0 support alongside the Game Space 3.0 and Game Box in tow.
The device acclaims the “PC-grade” liquid cooling using an 85mm liquid-cooled heat-dissipating pipe with a core temperature of 10-degree Celsius. Also, it houses a multi-layered graphite heat sink that covers an area of 10,000mm² in total.
Powering the phone is a huge 5,000mAh cell that charges via a USB-C port and supports 44W fast charging, which the company affirms to charge up to 70% in just 35 minutes and an extra 30 minutes to fully charge.
There’s also a 3.5mm headphone jack placed at the bottom and available in three different color variants — Ice Age, Interstellar Silver, and Aurora Black.
About the price, the Vivo Z6 5G is priced at CNY2,298 ($330/€300) for a 6GB/128GB variant while CNY300 ($43/€39) for 8GB/128GB one with sales starting from 29th February in China.
