Nepal Telecom (NTC) has carried out a press release stating that the company is ready to extend its users’ ADSL and Fiber To The Home (FTTH) service even if the billing period expires within Chitra 11-18. The notice comes after Nepal undergoes a lockdown in response to the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak worldwide.
Thus, you will get a continuous internet service even if you miss the payment within the aforementioned dates.
Similarly, Nepal Telecom is also canceling any fine imposed over its telephone landline bill dues. This means — Chaitra 12 being the last payment day — even if you still don’t make the payment until Chaitra 18, no fine will be imposed.
