Redmi recently came up with a Note 9 teaser video featuring Indian actor Ranveer Singh where he asks regarding the device’s launch. Xiaomi’s Global VP, Manu Kumar Jain then replies with an image post in Twitter asking Ranveer’s followers to spot the Redmi Note 9 in the post.
My main man @RanveerOfficial. Of course 9️⃣ ayega. And it’ll be here very soon. 😎

Taking a closer look at the image, there lies a blue phone concealed below the newspaper. While the 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB-C port, and a speaker grille are evident.
Again, we have not come across any major leaks and rumors around the Redmi Note 9 and it’s skeptical whether Xiaomi will be launching the Note 9 Pro and the vanilla Note 9 in the same event or not. Although, it’s surely an heir to the Redmi Note 8, launched in late 2019.
What could we expect from the Redmi Note 9?
Redmi Note 9 is positioning itself in the market keeping its cameras as major highlights. However, we are still not sure if the company will come with both the vanilla and ‘Pro’ variants at the same event. But it’s certain that the phone will come with a quad-camera setup as shown in the teaser above.
With its Note 8 series, launched in 2019, failing to meet expectations, there will surely be stakes on the Redmi Note 9 series to make a strong comeback.
