IDP Education has launched the IDP Study Abroad app to connect students in Nepal with more than 650 universities across the globe. It mentions the Study Aboard app as a digital initiative to building a world’s leading platform guiding international students to achieve their lifelong study and career goals.

IDP Country Manager for Nepal, Mr. Abhishek Shrestha regarding the app says, “The app brings together IDP’s 50 years of knowledge and experience in aiding aspirants looking for education in universities across the world. We understand there are current challenges with traveling, that’s why we launched the app earlier than planned. Our goal is to provide students with research tools they can access, right from their fingertips. Studying overseas is a life-changing experience. Choosing where and what to study is a critical decision that can provide a launchpad for career and lifelong success.”
Mr. Shrestha further notes the information diversity stating that it’s hard for students to distinguish between right and wrong. He quotes the Study Abroad app to be “the right platform with a list of high-quality institutions and support materials”.
A few important use cases of the app are listed as:
- Find and shortlist favorite courses from over 650 universities
- Track university applications with real-time updates and personalized notifications
- Discover the real local experience with tips and advice from international students
The IDP Study Aboard app is available to download in both the Android and iOS platforms.
