Nepal Telecom brings e-SHIKSHA PACK with extra-large data in all 2G/3G/4G networks. The e-SHIKSHA PACK is available for teachers as well as students so that schools and colleges can conduct their classes online. Now, let’s take a look at the offerings.
e-SHIKSHA PACK
- 6GB data: 3GB (all time) + 3GB (5:00am-10:00am) at Rs.260
- 15GB data: 9GB (all time) + 6GB (5:00am-10:00am) at Rs.500
The package is valid for up to 28 days only and only eligible users can subscribe to the e-Shiksha pack.
For subscription, schools and colleges can e-mail the numbers of service users to [email protected]. Afterward, Nepal Telecom will send back SMSs to referred numbers, i.e. the eligible ones, asking for the subscription of one of the two available packs. Users can then dial *1441# for any of the subscription.

A majority of educational institutions in Nepal are running online classes amid the ongoing lockdown. However, teachers and students with no internet facility aren’t able to attend lectures. Thus, the e-SHIKSHA PACK could at least help the ones from such who reside in areas with good NT network connectivity at a reasonable cost.
