Apple’s new iPhone SE 2020 has made its way to Nepal and is now available for purchase. The new iPhone SE basically resurrects the same old design that dates back to 2016 in iPhone 6S, albeit powerful internals.
On the camera front, there’s a single 12MP camera with f/1.8 aperture at the back that aligns with the iPhone 8, while the front has a 4.7-inch 720p display with chunky bezels both top and bottom. The bottom bezel, however, has its own perk — it brings back the handy ‘home’ button that also doubles as a Touch ID fingerprint scanner.
Regardless of the mundane design, the 2020 edition iPhone SE does get a few eminent upgrades, majorly an inclusion of the new A13 Bionic processor. It has up to 256GB of onboard storage, Wi-Fi 6, dual SIM card support, wireless charging, IP67 certification, and so on.
- Display: 4.7 inches, IPS LCD retina display; 1334 x 750 pixels resolution; 16:9 aspect ratio
- Chipset: Apple A13 Bionic (7 nm+)
- Memory: 3GB of RAM; 64GB/128GB/256GB NVMe storage
- Rear Camera: 12MP, f/1.8 wide, PDAF, OIS
- Front Camera: 7MP, f/2.2
- OS: iOS 13
- Battery: 1,821mAh; 18W fast charging; wireless charging support
Out of the box, you’ll get the latest iOS 13 with an assurance of receiving the latest and greatest for at least 5 years, much like the iPhone 11.
