Xiaomi has finally introduced the Mi router 4C, hence foraying into yet another product category in the Nepalese market. Xiaomi launched the router in China back in July 2019 and says it to be the first smart router in Nepal, optimized for ease of use, speed, and range. You can access it via Android and iOS smartphones using the smart Mi Wi-Fi app.
The device gets a 64MB of DDR2 RAM alongside 16MB of Nor Flash ROM featuring bandwidth optimization, parental controls, and so on. Now, without any further ado, let’s get right into the Mi Router 4C specifications followed by the price in Nepal.
The Xiaomi Mi Router 4C meets the Wi-Fi 802.11 standard delivering up to 300Mbps speed. It carries four Omni-directional antennae, a MediaTek MT7628N processor, 64MB DDR2 RAM, and 16MB Nor Flash ROM. You can connect the router to a maximum of 64 devices while view and manage the settings remotely. And you can also leverage the Quality of Service (QoS) tool to manage and allot desired bandwidth as well.
Speaking about the launch, the Country General Manager of Xiaomi Nepal, Mr. Sourabh Kothari stated, “We are committed to launching non-smartphone products in Nepal and in the process bring technological innovations for everyone. With the fast-growing internet population in the country, we saw a gap in the current router market. With amazing smart features and a game-changing price, Mi Router 4C is set to disrupt the router market in Nepal.”
The Xiaomi Mi Router 4C is already up for sales across Mi Preferred partners, offline stores, retail partners, and online partner Sastodeal starting today for a price in Nepal at Rs. 2,399.
