Ncell has launched the first of its kind Wirefree Plus WiFi service in Nepal bundling up WiFi service, talk time, and data. The new Wirefree Plus is basically a wireless technology based WiFi service for homes and businesses. It bundles up WiFi service, talk time, and data atop 2 4G SIMS with 5GB to 10GB data in each SIM depending upon the subscription plan and access to digital contents including Mobiplex, Hungama Music, Daami Music, and Prabhu TV; backed by 24 x 7 customer support.
Mr. Pradeep Shrivastava, Chief Commercial Officer Ncell, on the launch stated, “This launch marks a new beginning of access to wireless data connectivity through wireless technology to provide a completely new experience with attractive bundled services to customers. We are overwhelmed with the orders as it indicates the importance of access to wireless data for customers and we believe this will contribute towards connecting people with opportunities and going digital.”
You can pick a package that fits your requirements from three different categories – Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, with cost starting at Rs. 690 per month on a yearly subscription.
Under the Gold category, customers get 60GB Wirefree Plus data, 200 minutes on-net voice call, and 2 4G SIM cards with 5GB data in each SIM every month at a monthly rental of Rs. 690, excluding applicable taxes.
Similarly, under the Platinum category, customers are entitled to get 85GB Wirefree Plus data, 500 minutes on-net talk time, and 2 SIM cards with 10GB data on monthly basis at Rs. 860, excluding applicable taxes.
Likewise, under the Diamond category, customers get 100GB Wirefree Plus data, 1000 minutes on-net talk time, and 2 4G SIM cards with 10GB monthly data at monthly payment schemes of Rs. 950, excluding applicable taxes.
In the initial phase, the Wirefree Plus WiFi service is available at various locations in over 40 districts including from Kanchanpur, Baitadi, Dadeldhura in Far-west to Morang, Sunsari, and Dhankuta in the East. And the installation is served on a first come first serve basis starting with the customer who had done a pre-booking last month.

Customers can visit the nearest Ncell centers across the country or book orders via mobile wallets like Prabhu Pay, Khalti, Prabhu Kiosk, and Ncell Axiata website. They are required to pay a one-time subscription fee of Rs 500, Rs 2,500, or Rs 3,500, based on the validity period of the packages.
On the other hand, customers who choose packages with 420 days validity — Ncell waives off the subscription fee. The Wirefree Plus resources will recur every 30 days based on the service option and will not accumulate, hence will expire every 30 days.
