Laxmi Intercontinental P. Ltd., the authorized distributor for Hyundai vehicles in Nepal has launched Grand i10 NIOS. Despite being available in both petrol and diesel engine, Hyundai Nepal has decided to launch the stylish new hatchback in the Petrol engine only.
The new Grand i10 NIOS is slightly bigger than the prior Grand i10. It gets strong lines on the hood, sharply cut headlamps, large cascading grille, and a boomerang style LED DRLs. It is now longer by 40mm and its wheelbase is also extended by 25mm. We now get to see a floating roof on the side, blacked-out B-pillars along with the Window Line. The rear of the NIOS also gets sharp edges and a stylish tail lamp.
It features an 8-inch touch screen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a multi-function steering wheel, fully automatic temperature control, and semi-fabric seat upholstery. Apart from that, Hyundai has also paired NIOS with a digital speedometer and cluster with embedded MID and rear AC vents.
The car is powered by 1.2L Petrol Engine Kappa Dual VTVT Technology with Max Power 83ps/6000rpm and 114 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm in both 5-Speed Manual and Smart Auto AMT. Safety features include Front Dual Airbags, Rear Parking Camera with Sensors, Anti-Lock Braking System with EBD, and Driver Rear View Monitor.
