Xiaomi has once again posted a teaser regarding a new product launch in Nepal. This time it looks like the firm is debuting the Mi TV in Nepal. The recent giveaway post on Facebook points out that it probably is launching two new Mi TVs in Nepal.
If you take a look at the teaser which says “The Biggest Screen of your Home Unveiling Soon” and a series of Mi TVs already selling in the Indian market including 32/43-inch Mi TV 4A Horizon Edition, 43/55-inch Mi TV 4X, and 43-inch Mi LED TV 4A Pro, it’s hard to predict the upcoming TV in Nepal. But we are betting on the recently launched Mi TV 4A Horizon Edition in India priced at starting INR 13,499 for the 32-inch and INR 22,999 for the 43-inch variant on Flipkart.
The 32-inch Mi TV 4A Horizon Edition comes with an HD Ready 1,368 x 768 pixels resolution screen. It powers on a quad-core processor paired with the Mali-450 graphical processing unit and 1GB RAM and 8GB onboard storage. The connectivity includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, three HDMI and two USB ports, an ethernet port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Moreover, it comes with 20W stereo speakers with DTH-HD surround sound whilst runs on Android TV 9.0 along with PatchWall.
Similarly, the 43-inch variant flaunts an FHD 1,920 x 1,080 pixels screen, which is the only major difference in contrast to the 32-inch model while gets an S/PDIF interface for connectivity aside standard Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI, USB, and Ethernet ports and the 3.5mm headphone jack.
Regardless, Xiaomi is taking an exciting leap in the Nepalese market launching its lifestyle items after success in its smartphone business, primarily in the entry and mid-range segment.
