We know, the Huawei Nova 7 SE with Kirin 820 SoC and 5G support was revealed a couple of months ago, but the US trade sanctions made it almost obsolete. Now, the company has launched the Nova 7 SE 5G Youth, which comes with a Dimensity 800U chipset inside.
Barring a different chipset, the Nova 7 SE 5G Youth has almost the same specs as the prior version — you still have the 6.5-inch FullHD+ LCD panel, Android 10 with EMUI 10.1, and a 4,000mAh battery that charges at 40W speed.
The back sees four cameras, one being a 64MP primary unit, the other is an 8MP ultrawide, and the remaining two is a 2MP macro and depth sensor. For selfies, there lies a 16MP module in a punch hole.
There’s no under-display fingerprint scanner, rather it’s on the side, the memory setup is at 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage, though there’s no option for expansion.
The Huawei Nova 5 SE 5G Youth price sits at CNY 2,299 (~ NPR 40,400) and comes in four color options. For now, it’s only available in China.
