Agni Moto Inc Pvt. Ltd has officially launched the all-new Jawa Motorcycle in Nepal. Jawa was started in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, in 1929 and began its new chapter in India last year. The company has launched Jawa and Jawa Forty Two classics bike in Nepal at a starting price of Rs. 6,20,000.
The classic legend Jawa bike has a pure touch of premium Italian engineering on display with sleek lines and curves with a robust design. The Jawa gets the 50’s vibe with all retro themes going all around as it gets round headlamps, chrome finishes, spoked wheels, and analog instrument cluster. Whereas, the Jawa Forty Two bike takes on sportier modern vibes over the classic as it houses mirrors on the handlebars, a single pod analog instrument cluster along with a small digital display, flat handlebar, and twin exhaust.
Both Jawa and Jawa Forty Two motorcycles get the same 293cc BS6-compliant, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, DOHC engine that is liquid-cooled and churns out 27 bhp and 28 Nm of torque, which goes alongside 6-speed transmission. Both Jawa bikes get single-channel ABS as standard and dual-channel ABS as optional.
