Amazfit, a Huami sub-brand has made an official entry in Nepal with five different smartwatches — Amazfit Bip S Lite, Amazfit Bip, Amazfit GTR, Amazfit GTS, and Amazfit T-Rex. All of these come with decent displays equally complemented with light weights, eye-catchy looks, a range of fitness tracking options, and great battery life. The Amazfit T-Rex is even military-grade certified.

Here we will look at each smartwatch in detail followed by its price in Nepal and availability.
Amazfit Bip S Lite
The Amazfit Bip S Lite comes with a 1.28-inch color transflective display with a 176 x 176 pixels resolution underneath 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It supports 64 RGB color gamut and Always-On Display mode.
Bip S Lite runs on the Amazfit operating system while ships with a range of useful features including a real-time heart rate monitor, 5ATM water resistance, sleep tracking, sports tracking, step counter, call and app notification alerts, music control, and much more.
As for sport, it has outdoor running, treadmill, cycling, indoor cycling, freestyle, walking, elliptical trainer, yoga, and a bunch of other modes.
The smartwatch has PPG bio-tracking optical heart rate sensor, 3-axis accelerometer, and 3-axis geomagnetic sensor.
For connectivity, it uses Bluetooth 5.0/BLE and is compatible with Android 5.0+ and iOS 10.0+.
The Amazfit Bip S Lite carries a 200mAh battery that is said to last as long as 30 days in typical usage. But, it will of course drain faster depending on brightness, modes, and notifications.

Amazfit Bip
The Amazfit Bip has a 1.28-inch reflective color display that lies underneath 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Weighing just 32g with the watch band, it’s built with polycarbonate and IP68 certified for water and dust resistance.
Running on the Amazfit OS, it’s compatible with Android 4.4+ and iOS 8+.
This one also comes with a range of fitness and sports mode, a few of which include running, indoor running, cycling, walking, activity history, etc.
The sensors included are PPG heart rate, triaxial acceleration, geomagnetic, and air pressure sensor. For connectivity, the smartwatch uses Bluetooth 4.0/BLE.
The smartwatch carries a 190mAh battery that fully juices up in around 2.5 hours while lasts as long as 45 days (advertised). Well, it does need to meet certain criteria — factory default dial, running once a week for half an hour; 100 notifications per day; screen brightness 10%.

Amazfit GTR
The Amazfit GTR comes with a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with 454 x 454 pixels resolution and 326 ppi density.
This runs on the proprietary OS and is compatible with Android 5.0+ and iOS 10.0+.
As for memory, it uses 16MB RAM and 40MB storage, which is not user-accessible.
The smartwatch has a bunch of useful features including bio tracker PPG biological tracking optical sensor, 6-axis acceleration sensor, 3-axis geomagnetic sensor, air-pressure sensor, capacity sensor, and ambient light sensor.
It comes with a 410mAh battery that can go from 0 to 100% in around 2 hours via a magnetic charging base whilst lasts 24 days on typical use.

Amazfit GTS
It sports a 1.65-inch AMOLED display with 348 x 442 pixels resolution. For protection, there’s the third-generation Corning Gorilla tempered glass alongside anti-fingerprint coating. Built with aircraft-grade aluminum alloy and polymer material, this one weighs approximately 24.8g.
The smartwatch runs on Amazfit’s proprietary OS and is supported with Android 5.0+ and iOS 10.0+ devices.
The GTS also carries useful sensors such as a bio tracker PPG bio tracking optical sensor, 6-axis acceleration sensor, 3-axis geomagnetic sensor, air-pressure sensor, and ambient light sensor.
As for the battery, it has a 220mAh cell that fully charges in around 2 hours while lasts 14 days on typical usage as advertised.

Amazfit T-Rex
The final smartwatch in the list, Amazfit T-Rex flaunts a 1.3-inch AMOLED display with 360 x 360 pixels resolution and always-on-display support.
It has a 47.7 x 47.7 x 13.5mm body that translates to its 58g weight with strap. And we have plenty of useful features, be it 5ATM water resistance with swimming mode, STD-MIL-810G certification, Gorilla Glass 3 front and oleophobic coating, and so on.
