Daraz Nepal has announced this year’s Daraz 11.11 sale scheduled for 26 Kartik 2077 (November 11, 2020). Evolved from the Singles Day Sale in China, the Daraz 11.11 is an annual Daraz sales event celebrated on 11th November every year.
The Daraz 11.11 sale will have above 6,000 sellers; 160 global and domestic brands, and 5 lacs products with Mega Deals, Prepayment Discounts, Flash Sales, Bundle Offers, Free Shipping, Flat Discounts from sellers and brands, and more.
The Managing Director at Daraz, Lino Ahlering said, “COVID-19 has impacted all of our lives significantly. After some challenging months, we are excited to bring Alibaba’s 11.11 Shopping Festival for the third time to Nepal. Daraz is expecting to host more than 5 lakh users, hence hired around 900 delivery riders and customer care agents thereby ensuring fast delivery across 27 cities in Nepal atop reliable customer service. The company pledges stringent safety and hygiene rules to ensure the safety of its employees as well as customers, which include daily temperature checks of every employee, regular deep cleaning as well as strict shift planning to reduce occupancy in every location. All delivery riders are further equipped with protective masks, gloves, and sanitizers.
