Upcoming Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro could cost lesser than a few of the best noise-canceling earbuds in the market, including Bose QuietComfort Earbuds ($279), reveals WalkingCat in its latest tweet. WalkingCat has posted a couple of tweets revealing not just the price but some specifications too.
Besides active-noise cancelation, the earbuds could be IPX7 certified providing protection from dust and water. It’s said to come with an 11mm woofer and 6.5mm tweeter as well as spatial audio much like Apple. And with an expected price of $199, it would cost $50 less than the AirPods Pro.
The Galaxy Buds Pro is even said to deliver a maximum of 8 hours of listening time that can go as long as 28 hours with the charging case.
Based on the leaks, the earbuds do look competitive, however, we will have to wait till Samsung makes an official announcement. Samsung will be organizing an event in January, allegedly launching the new Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone lineup.
