Coolpad is all set to take wrap off its new Cool 20 smartphone in China on May 25, Tuesday next week. Confirming the news, Coolpad’s official Weibo account posted several pictures of the Coolpad Cool 20 depicting its premium design, not to mention the three attractive color options — Cocoa White, Piaget Black, and Secret Sea Blue with how the company puts it as “minimal color aesthetics”.
As per our sources, the handset is set to arrive in Nepal later this year, though we are yet to know about its price in Nepal.
In Nepal, Coolpad has been targeting the affordable segment. The popular ones such as the Cool X, Cool S, Cool 6, and Cool N7 are all priced below NPR 25,000. And these smartphones did perform well in the market.
Now the Coolpad Cool 20 will certainly be priced on a higher side, at least as compared to the aforementioned devices. However, in return, you are still getting a Coolpad flagship under the budget.
Take a look at the images and you can see that the phone flaunts a dual-camera setup at the back. Also, see the ArcSoft branding? It sits on the module (which looks fancy) courtesy of a collaboration with Coolpad for the development of an AI-enabled imaging processing system.
The back sees a big COOL branding as well while the front sees a tear-drop notch housing the selfie snapper. Similarly, the device will reportedly power on the mid-range MediaTek G80 processor.
Since we lack further information, be with us as we will be coming up with detailed specifications as soon as the device launches.
