Fall 2021 is still far and we already have renders of the upcoming Pixel 6 smartphone line from Google. Now, we have to admit that the new Pixel 6 series does look exciting. Just look at the new camera aisle at the back and not to mention the fresh look. Though not coming officially from Google, the renders come from Jon Prosser, a reputable leakster who usually leaks stuff from Apple.
Google is not settling for anything less this time. It’s yet again introducing the Pixel 6 flagship lineup with more than one smartphone — the vanilla Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 Pro after a year gap. Last year, we only got to see the Google Pixel 5.
About the devices, the duo carries a punch-hole display at the front. The renders are also said to accurately depict how the back panel actually looks like. Though the colors used are not accurate.
Moving on to the cameras, the smaller out of the two, Pixel 6 could ship with a dual-camera setup at the back, hence a wide and an ultrawide sensor. The Pro variant, on the other hand, will expectedly carry an additional telephoto shooter along with the regular wide and ultrawide snappers. I am a big fan of Google’s image processing system and would love to see an upgrade in its sensors in the new series.
As mentioned at the beginning, the fall is still far — the time when Google generally launches its flagship Pixel smartphones. If this remains true again, we will have to wait a bit longer to see how it turns out. However, we will definitely be posting every update coming in the future.
