The Tata Nexon EV has finally been unveiled in Nepal. Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. introduced the electric SUV in three different variants — XM, XZ+, and XZ+LUX.
The electric vehicle looks a lot like its non-electric kinfolk with an aerodynamic Tri-Arrow design. Tri-Arrow is based on IMPACT 2.0 design philosophy, which Tata has been using for years.
As for design, the SUV comes with Projector LED headlamps together with tri-arrow DRLs at the front. The rear LED also follows the same tri-arrow design. Similarly, a shark fin antenna along with roof rails and piano black ORVMs, all add up to the outer beauty.
The interior follows a tri-arrow design too with a dual-tone finish and leatherette seats.
Meanwhile, the SUV gets its power from a 95kW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) that can deliver a max power of 129PS and max torque of 245Nm.
It gets a 30.2kWh high energy density Li-Ion battery that is said to charge from 0 to 100% in 8.5 hours via a 15A power outlet. A single full charge is said to be sufficient enough to cover up to 312km distance, while a 3.3kW onboard AC charger can charge it from 0 to 80% in an hour.
