Coolpad Nepal has announced the Coolpad Cool 12A smartphone in a new memory variant — 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage. With a plastic frame and glass back, it weighs around 202.5gm whilst the thickness numbers to 8.9mm.

The new Coolpad Cool 12A comes with a 6.3-inch IPS LCD panel with 1560 x 720 pixels resolution, around 273PPI density, and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
Running on an Android-based operating system, it is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum chipset with three 1.8GHz Cortex-A55 cores and one 2.0GHz Cortex-A75 core paired along 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that is further expandable via microSD.
Coming to the optics, the new Cool12A has a dual-camera setup at the back with a 16MP primary sensor with PDAF coupled with a 2MP shooter. These are complemented with LED flash, panorama, and HDR. Similarly, the front sees a single 8MP camera for selfies. Also, both the rear and front modules are capable of capturing up to 1080p videos at 30fps.
