After UM Motorcycles, IME Group is adding a renowned American bike manufacturer, Harley Davidson to its fleet. The auto market here in Nepal has been growing in past few years and customer preferences are changing as time changes. It’s 2018, and new brands are finding their way to the rough and tough terrains of Nepal. And now, one of the popular but premium bike manufacturers Harley Davidson will join the race.
Harley Davidson is the heavyweight bike manufacturer that produces higher CCs bikes only. The bike produces by them are known for their cruising ability with bold and heavy looks which will definitely turn some heads around.
As per the sources, IME group is planning to launch ten variants of Harley’s bikes in Nepal, out of which two models will be imported from India, whereas remaining eight will be imported from America and other countries. The Street 750, Iron 883, Low Rider, Street Rod, Roadster, Forty-Eight, Fat Bob, 1200 customs, Street Bob, etc are likely to enter the market. Among these, the Street 750, Iron 883, and Roadster are favorites among its users.
The price ranges from around 20 Lakhs to 60 Lakhs in the market and it’s quite clear that they are targeting the small pie in the chart.
According to the company, the authorized showroom will be located in Gairidhara. And the main vision of the company will be to provide better goods and service to its customers since it is a major deal, especially in a country like Nepal.
